Set on Ellerslie’s best lawn areas with fantastic views of the horses and track, Trackside Village offers a relaxed and well-catered way to enjoy some of our favourite racedays.

Each private marquee is set for ten and comes with a flowing drinks package and a series of food drops delivered throughout the afternoon – making it an ideal choice for friends, colleagues, or business associates looking to enjoy their work party with everything taken care of.

Plus, you have the opportunity to mix and mingle with other Trackside Village guests within the precinct.

    • On-site parking is free and accessed through Derby Downs Place
    • Auckland Thoroughbred Racing encourages responsible drinking and intoxicated persons will not be granted entry to Ellerslie Racecourse
    • A dress code applies in hospitality areas. Please click here for more information
    • Tickets are non-refundable and prices include GST. A separate booking fee of $2.00 per ticket and a 2% transaction will apply upon purchase

    • Promotional photographs, social media content & film footage will be taken at this event. By entering the racecourse, event-goers consent to use of their image by the Club & New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing for promotional purposes
