Renewals were posted mid-July 2024. Please contact your membership secretary if you have not received yours and wish to renew.
Renew your membership hereTo become a Member, you must first complete a Membership Application Form and be proposed and then seconded by a current member of the Club.
If you do not know any Club members – that’s okay! To find out how to get around that, or to have any questions answered, please contact our membership secretary via [email protected] or by calling 09 524 4069.
Your application will then be presented before the Board of Directors for approval within a month of the Club receiving it.
On approval of your application you will be sent a subscription notice detailing fees payable.
Don’t forget, your membership period runs during the racing season (1 August to 31 July), not the calendar year from the month you join. You can join at any time of the season, but will get the most out of your membership the sooner you apply.
We welcome other thoroughbred racing club members to Ellerslie and Pukekohe Park.
For reciprocal rights at Ellerslie, you will need to pay the gate entry fee (if one applies) and then show your membership card in the Raceday Office (Ground Floor, Ascot Stand) to purchase a discounted New Zealand Room ticket. This ticket will give you access to the New Zealand Room on the 5th floor of the Ascot Stand.
These discounted New Zealand Room tickets range in price from $30 on premier racedays to $10 on industry days.
