If you’ve renewed your Club membership but haven’t yet received your new season pack in the mail, don’t worry – your 2024/25 season membership card will still provide access to members’ areas on course for Proisir Plate Day.
As a reminder, members enjoy exclusive complimentary parking in the Members’ Carpark, accessible via 100 Ascot Avenue. Other than the main public raceday carpark in the infield, this is the only carpark available to members. Entry requires your 2024/25 or 2025/26 ATR membership badge for this raceday.

Renew your membership hereTo become a Member, you must first complete a Membership Application Form and be proposed and then seconded by a current member of the Club.
If you do not know any Club members – that’s okay! To find out how to get around that, or to have any questions answered, please contact our membership secretary via [email protected] or by calling 09 524 4069.
Your application will then be presented before the Board of Directors for approval within one month of the Club receiving it.
On approval of your application you will be sent a subscription notice detailing fees payable.
Don’t forget, your membership period runs during the racing season (1 August to 31 July), not the calendar year from the month you join. You can join at any time of the season, but will get the most out of your membership the sooner you apply.
We welcome other thoroughbred racing club members to Ellerslie and Pukekohe Park.
For reciprocal rights at Ellerslie, you will need to pay the gate entry fee (if one applies) and then show your membership card in the Raceday Office (Ground Floor, Ascot Stand) to unlock the ability to purchase a discounted Ascot Stand ticket.
Reciprocal rights pricing on Ascot Stand tickets range from $20-$40 dependent on the raceday.
