Settled well and finished strongly.
2nd – Bellatrix Star – Matt Cameron
She went super. They slammed the brakes at the 600m and took a few strides to come back. To her credit she stuck on well. The other horse looks special.
3rd –Poetic Champion = Kozzi Asano
He had his chance from a good barrier. Winner was too good.
4th – Macaluso – Masa Hashizume
Happy with her run. She has a nice future.
Last – Savaglee – Michael McNab
Led, challenged at top of the straight – fought on well.
