Franklin’s original thoroughbred racing event, Counties Cup Day 2026 offers top-tier racing with a multitude of black-type races as well as plenty of hospitality options to take in the excitement of the day’s action, whether you come with friends, the family or you’re simply joining us to party.

It’s the day we’ve been waiting all year for! We’ll bring a cracking lineup of races, music, food and beverages. Make sure you join us at Pukekohe Park this November to celebrate another Counties Cup Day.

    • On-site parking is free
    • All bars close shortly after the last race with the exception of The Lane (close time at discretion of management)
    • Auckland Thoroughbred Racing encourages responsible drinking and intoxicated or disorderly persons will not be granted entry into, or tolerated within, Pukekohe Park
    • A dress code applies in hospitality areas. Please click here for more information
    • Tickets are non-refundable and prices include GST. A separate booking fee of $2.00 per ticket will also apply upon purchase
