Part-reserved for the use of Auckland Thoroughbred Racing members, this ticket gains access into the Hunterville, Mitchelson (Level 2) and New Zealand rooms (Level 5) of the Ascot Stand.

Rub shoulders with racing fans & enjoy sweeping views of the racecourse with both indoor & outdoor unreserved seating.

An Ascot Stand ticket also gives you access into all general admission areas oncourse.

The Ascot Stand has food & beverage available for purchase as well as television screens broadcasting the day’s racing, plus what are arguably the best view of the track oncourse.

Please note that an Ascot Stand ticket does not allow you entry into The TAB Winning Post (ground floor, Ascot Stand).  Entry into this room is free, but for TAB account holders who check in at the door with their TAB account details. Don’t have a TAB account? Sign up for your free one here.

Under 15s get into the Ascot Stand free of charge when accompanied by an adult.

    • On-site parking is free and accessed through Derby Downs Place
    • All bars close shortly after the last race with the exception of Cuvée (ground floor, Ascot Stand) which becomes home to the on-site afterparty (free entry for racegoers)
    • Afterparty entry conditions apply. R18; dress code applies; intoxicated or disorderly persons will not be permitted or tolerated; entry subject to capacity; drink limits may apply; close time at the discretion of management
    • Auckland Thoroughbred Racing encourages responsible drinking and intoxicated persons will not be granted entry to Ellerslie Racecourse

    • Tickets are non-refundable and prices include GST. A separate booking fee of $2.00 per ticket will also apply upon purchase
    • Promotional photographs, social media content & film footage will be taken at this event. By entering the racecourse, event-goers consent to use of their image by the Club & New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing for promotional purposes
