Cuvée is a popular spot for those looking to enjoy Christmas Raceday in good company, with easy access to food, drinks and all the on-track action.

It’s a great option for groups of friends, colleagues or clients wanting a relaxed-yet-social raceday experience.

Located opposite the winning post and next to the Birdcage, Cuvée offers a view of the horses as they parade, race and return to scale — all from a space with both indoor and covered outdoor areas.

You’ll also have a clear view of the super screen, so you won’t miss any of the day’s big moments.

Your Cuvée experience includes:

  • A welcome drink on arrival – your choice of a flute of Daniel Le Brun or a Stella Artois

  • Breads and dips served to your table

  • A generous buffet-style main course

  • A selection of petite fours, served to your table

    • On-site parking is free and accessed through Derby Downs Place
    • All bars close shortly after the last race with the exception of the on-site afterparty which takes place with Cuvee. Note that intoxicated and / or disorderly persons will not be permitted or tolerated. R18. Dress code applies
    • Auckland Thoroughbred Racing encourages responsible drinking and intoxicated persons will not be granted entry to Ellerslie Racecourse

    • Tickets are non-refundable and prices include GST. A separate booking fee of $2.00 per ticket will also apply upon purchase
