Cuvée is the go-to precinct for those after a lively, stylish way to spend the SkyCity Boxing Day Races.

With a gourmet food and beverage package included, it’s a seamless option for entertaining friends, clients or colleagues.

This contemporary space sits right in the heart of the action – opposite the winning post and beside the Birdcage, giving you front-row views as the horses parade, race, and return to scale.

Offering an indoor/(covered) outdoor flow, also offers uninterrupted views of the super screen so you won’t miss a moment of the big races or entertainment throughout the day.

  • Two bottles of Moët & Chandon per table, upon arrival

  • A seafood station to impress, showcasing the best from New Zealand waters

  • Seating is at tables of 10. If your group has fewer than 10 people, you may be seated with others and be required to share the food and drink items that are served to the table.

    • On-site parking is free and accessed through Derby Downs Place
    • All bars close shortly after the last race with the exception of Cuvée and The Paddock
    • Racegoers are welcome into both locations after the last race although entry conditions apply: R18; intoxicated and / or disorderly persons will not be permitted or tolerated; drink limits may apply; entry is subject to capacity; close time is at the discretion of management. A dress code applies in Cuvée.
    • Auckland Thoroughbred Racing encourages responsible drinking and intoxicated persons will not be granted entry to Ellerslie Racecourse

    • Tickets are non-refundable and prices include GST. A separate booking fee of $2.00 per ticket will also apply upon purchase
