Members' Update | Notice of Annual General Meeting

Below is an update for members of Auckland Thoroughbred Racing regarding the Club’s Annual General Meeting:

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Auckland Thoroughbred Racing Inc. will be held on Level 2, Ascot Stand, Ellerslie Racecourse on Tuesday 28 October 2025 at 4.30pm.

Notice is also given that nominations for election as Director (one position) pursuant to Rules 26.1 and 26.3 close with the Chief Executive, Ellerslie Racecourse, 100 Ascot Ave, Remuera, Auckland 1050 at 4.30 pm, Tuesday 16 September 2025.  Current director Geoff Vazey is retiring by rotation and is making himself available for re-appointment.

Lodging of Notices of Motion, pursuant to Rule 21.1, for consideration at the annual meeting close at 4.30pm, Tuesday 30 September 2025.

The Annual General Meeting is open to those members who have renewed their membership for the 2025/26 season and ‘non-paying’ members.
