Jockey Comments – Group 2 Dunstan Horsefeeds Auckland Thoroughbred Breeders’ Stakes

st – Qali al Farrasha – Wiremu Pinn – She went super. Thought the distance would be too short but she’s a proven Black type horse that keeps running into one better. She’s up for a good prep after doing that over 1400 metres.
nd – Provence – Craig Grylls – Great run. Sat three back on the fence and she’s chased hard in defeat. Next time she’ll be spot on.
rd – Jaarfi – Warren Kennedy – Obviously we were dictated to go back from a wide draw but she settled beautifully and she found the line really good. Great run.
th – Arabian Songbird – Masa Hashizume – Good run. On this type of track she may want further.
th – Bourbon Express – Joe Doyle – Super run under level weights conditions against horses rated higher than her. She’ll win a big one.
th – Marotiri Molly – Kate Hercock – No comment.
th – Bak Da Angel – Elen Nicholas – She was keen early but finished well.
th – Chataeu Vallee – Hayley Hassman – No comment.
th – Mizella – Matt Cameron – Muddling race. She’ll keep for next time.
th – Orchestral – George Rooke – First up after six months off. She’ll improve.
Last – Moving Melody – Kozzi Asano – Disappointing run.
